Shipping and delivery
We deliver our products daily to all areas of Kuwait (except farms and chalets) and your order will arrive on the same day if the order is placed before 12pm or it will arrive the next day for orders made after 12pm.
Delivery to all areas of Kuwait is free.
We also provide express shipping service to the Gulf countries and all countries of the world. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
For Gulf and international orders, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout according to the destination and the total cost of your order (number of pieces ordered). The amount paid for shipping does not include customs duties imposed by your country, which are paid by the recipient upon receipt of the order.
Orders are shipped to the Gulf countries and all countries of the world using the DHL service
Orders from GCC countries arrive within 2-5 business days.
Orders from the rest of the world arrive within 5-7 business days.
Important note: The site is not responsible for any error in the delivery address or phone number. The address and phone number you add during purchase must be carefully checked.
We apologize for exchanging or returning the corsets after they have been shipped. We can only cancel the order and refund the amount if the order has not been shipped yet.
