Exchange and return policy
It is allowed to exchange or return within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase - all goods except: - corsets that touch the skin of all types, which contain a sanitary opening at the bottom, thermal and non-thermal. Which is subject to the exchange and return law only within 24 hours from the date of purchase according to the State of Kuwait Law No. 39/2014 for goods that come into contact with the skin. - Medical accessories and sponge goods are not subject to exchange or return for health reasons. The customer has the right to exchange or return it within 24 hours, provided that the goods are completely unused and in the same condition as purchased, free of stains or defects, and in a condition that allows them to be sold again with the card (label or tag) attached and fully packaged. It is necessary to bring the original purchase invoice when exchanging or returning. Curves refrains from exchanging or returning any corsets that have been proven to be used or tried on in any way for health reasons.
However, you can submit a return or exchange request only in one of the following cases:
If the product delivered is not the product you ordered.
If the problem you are experiencing is due to a manufacturing error in the product. If the size, color or model of the product delivered is different from what was ordered.
To exchange or return, both the bag and the product must be in perfect condition similar to the condition of receipt.
