how to pay?
You can pay using a Visa or Master card for all countries of the world. As for the Gulf countries, they can pay using local bank cards used in your country without the need for a Visa or Master card.
As for Kuwait, it is either by link or payment upon receipt
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change some of the details of your order or cancel it completely before delivery (for Kuwait orders) or shipping (to the rest of the Gulf countries and the world). But once the order is delivered or shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
How can I track my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours (on normal business days). Once you create a shipping label, an automatic email will be sent to you containing the tracking number for your order.
